What we collect
When you request first access, we collect your email address and limited referral information, such as campaign tags, the page you joined from, and the referring site. We also process limited technical request information to protect the form from abuse. We do not ask for health information or details about your intimate life.
How we use it
We use this information to manage first access, send release and product updates you requested, understand which introductions bring people to MAGNANIMIS, prevent abuse, and improve the experience.
Who helps us
We use service providers acting on our behalf to host the website, protect the form, and manage email. Cloudflare provides automated abuse protection. Klaviyo processes first-access subscriptions and email engagement for us. We do not sell the information submitted through the first-access form.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. To request access, correction, or deletion of your first-access information, email privacy@magnanimis.co.
Retention
We keep first-access information while the list is active or until you unsubscribe or request deletion, except where a limited record is needed to honor an opt-out or meet legal obligations.
